Boneless, skinless breast of chicken grilled with a mixture of olive oil, fresh herbs, garlic, salt and pepper, tossed with fettuccine alfredo.

Marinated “London Broil”
Beef “London Broil” steak marinated overnight then broiled with spices and sliced thin; served with parmesan garlic mashed potatoes.

Sweet and Sour Pork Loin
Juicy slices of pork loin roasted with sweet fruit, chilies and peppers. Served with choice of potato or rice.

Center Cut Pork Chop
Bone in, brined, center cut chop grilled and topped with apple slices.
