Juicy slices of pork loin roasted with sweet fruit, chilies and peppers. Served with choice of potato or rice.
Vegetable Lasagna
Lots of layered pasta, marinara sauce, zucchini, squash, red onions, ricotta and corn baked in a deep pan, topped with mozzarella cheese.
