Marinated “London Broil”
Beef “London Broil” steak marinated overnight then broiled with spices and sliced thin; served with parmesan garlic mashed potatoes.

Sweet and Sour Pork Loin
Juicy slices of pork loin roasted with sweet fruit, chilies and peppers. Served with choice of potato or rice.

Vegetable Lasagna
Lots of layered pasta, marinara sauce, zucchini, squash, red onions, ricotta and corn baked in a deep pan, topped with mozzarella cheese.

Carving Station
Your choice of baked ham, breast of turkey or tip roast carved to order by service staff. Served with potato salad or pasta salad.
