Marinated “London Broil”
Beef “London Broil” steak marinated overnight then broiled with spices and sliced thin; served with parmesan garlic mashed potatoes.
Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
Tender chicken and hearty sausage cooked with green peppers, onions and fluffy rice in a rich Cajun-style sauce.
Vegetable Lasagna
Lots of layered pasta, marinara sauce, zucchini, squash, red onions, ricotta and corn baked in a deep pan, topped with mozzarella cheese.

Two choice of pasta with Marinara and Alfredo Sauces.
